Thank you Joe. This isn't the first fall I've had like this. Unless I make some serious lifestyle changes, it won't be my last, either.

Andrew, have you ever purchased anything from Rocky Mtn. Shave Co.? (I think it's called that)

My wife fell about 2 months ago.
Busted her left knee, it was bad.
She's been through shots and all the like.
It's not to bad now.
IF she would have waited till I got a flashlight, so we could see what we were doing in the dark.......
It was no more than 2 minutes!
2 minutes for 2 months.
I think she learned the lesson!
Oh, I went after and got the light, was walking back when I heard her.
It was 9pm, got out of the ER around 3am. That night, the next day, the whole weekend, blown up. Not to mention all the time and money getting her fixed.

2 minutes! I'll get a light, I said.
Just saying...

Paul, it sounds like a scary fall. I hope the ford checks out to be ok. My trainer talked me into doing some balance exercises, I thought it was silly but after a month I changed my mind. I did not realize how bad my balance was, give it a try.
