    Looks familiar to me ...Christmas 2018. This year my focus will be " smaller tree...smaller tree . " I laughed her suggestion off and was then informed that I will not be going to the tree yard . Win win ! I dont care as long as its a real tree.

    A friend of mine was having balance issues for a few months before an ER doctor checked his ears and discovered something within that was causing him to fall off balance . I cant remember if it was an inner ear infection, but it had to do with the inner ear. Hope you get the cure to this before you get hurt again Paul.

    Decadent December!!!

    Razor - 1960 (F4) Gillette Toggle (9)
    Blade - [​IMG] (3)
    Soap - Stirling Port-Au-Prince small stupid sheep.jpg
    Brush - Rooney Silvertip
    Post - Alum

    Nice sunny warm day in the Lou and a nice shave to finish it off! One more round with the Toggle and Sharp Star. Tonight, I got out the mutton tallow decadence of the month, the Stirling Port-Au-Prince. I love all of the mutton tallow soaps from Stirling and wanted to choose just one for Decadent December. Well, I don't love the Scots Pine Sheep as it's too "piney" for me. However, Sheep, Electric Sheep, Glastonbury and Port-Au-Prince are all contenders. I chose the Port-Au-Prince due to the Haitian Vetiver/Lemongrass combination. I've developed a liking for Vetiver, so this one got the call. The brush is a HUGE Rooney Silvertip acquired from the den of one Lynn Abrams and I really didn't realize how big this brush really is until I started lathering. The splay covers an entire cheek! Needless to say I had enough lather to completely clean the house with and probably a car or two.

    Very smooth and nice three pass shave as the setup again proved how marvelous it is. And the feel of that big Rooney along with the scent of that uber-slick mutton tallow lather - can't be beat. Hope you all had a great middle of the week! Have a great Thursday!
