Stunning picture Jim. The colors jump right out at you! :eatdrink047: What camera do you use? Do you use a program to help with the results?

    Thanks, Doug.
I use my cell phone camera and do a little editing with the default app that came on the phone. I try to bring the colors out then add a vignette.

    Friday

    Prep: Warm Shower-Stirling Sandpiper
    Soap: Stirling Gentleman
    Razor: Vintage Gillette Fat Boy
Blade: Vintage Personna 74 Tungsten (25)
    Brush: oscar11/TGN 2-Band Badger-24mmx50mm
    Aftershave: Stirling Gentleman w/Menthol

WTG-XTG-ATG (adjusted angles for my beard)

Stirling Gentleman today. 20 seconds to load the oscar11/TGN 2-Band Badger brush. Easy, thick, slick, lather. Personna 74 Tungsten still in the vintage Gillette Fat Boy. Excellent smooth, close, shave. I finished with Stirling Gentleman aftershave.

    Friday:
hot shower w/Yardley Vanilla Buttercream bar soap
    Maggard's Cherry Sandalwood Vanilla PSO
    Schick Grip 3+ passes
    Schick Super Stainless (1)
Czech & Speake Oxford & Cambridge soap in a warm mug
    EverReady boar
    Thayers Rose witch hazel
    Pinaud Clubman Vanilla A/S

I was in a Dollar Tree store yesterday and noticed a couple of new (to me) Yardley bar soaps. The Vanilla Buttercream looked interesting so I grabbed a couple of bars. Once I got home I noticed in the fine print that it includes clove leaf oil but fortunately (for me) you can't really smell clove.

Not sure which Schick blade I'm using as I only have the cartridge and not the original package. The printing is green and on the back it lists factories in this order: Holland, Sweden, Venezuela, Canada, and USA.

A heavenly shave today with Murphy and McNeil's Bád Mór - such an excellent soap and so easy to use to produce a very creamy, slick, and protective lather.

Pre-shave: Pacific Shaving Company Bamboo Pre-Shave Scrub and hot towel
    Razor: Fine Accoutrements Marvel
    Blade: Personna Red (#2)
Bowl: Fine Accoutrements Ceramic Lather Bowl
    Brush: Omega Pro 49
Soap: Murphy and McNeil Bád Mór
Aftershave: Murphy and McNeil Bád Mór Splash

The Yardley lavender is my "go to" shower soap. Love it and it's cheap! Real soap, BTW, tallow...yum.
