The GZD Berber Stick Shave Soap face lathered well with the Jayaruh #2 Badger Brush. I did two passes and a cleanup with the 1902 Kampfe Brothers/Star Lather Catcher razor with a Star Wedge blade and ended up with a close, comfortable shave. Barrister and mann is a great product but i have a problem with their use of musk in certain soaps. I love complex scents but some of theirs become muddy to my nose. Night music is a example. To me it comes across as straight body odor. But others love it. thats the great thing about this hobby. Everyone likes different things.

Barbershop scent, yes. If you're not a fan of barbershop scents you probably won't be a fan of this one. I enjoy barbershop scents and this one is my favorite. I'm jealous of your A&E collection. I have several and I'd like to add more.
