Thanks, Gary! My straight razor shaves have always been good, but I tweaked my technique so that I minimized my passes to 2 instead of 2.5. I attack my jawline going south to north in one swoop instead of going East to West in short strokes. I have also lightened my strokes on my neck as it allows for some invisible stubble. I have learned to forgo BBS on every shave and still have an awesome shave. Personally, the best thing about straight razor shaving is that I still look socially acceptable at 36 hrs. If I was using a safety, then I would have to shave every 24 hrs.

thats excellent.i still reqire 3 ish passes with my tech razors but bbs is becoming more of a normality instead of a rarity.dialing the razors better and getting better lathers ..i have had more great shaves since feb 2018 that i have had in my entire shaving career..one shave at a time....
