Went to work with the large puck of Jeeves soap(Bay Rum). I'll be grand-pappying this baby for a real long time, as I've been saying. Two weepers, but neither were serious. I did well on my neck. If you think of your neck as being Y-shaped, I went north-south on the angles, south-north on the straight line. Finished things off with TSD Splash(Bay Rum to match). Clean and fresh, ready to face Hump Day.
Dec 11th Phoenix Artisan Accoutrements PS - Tube 2.0 @jtspartan BRM w/TGN 28mm Silvertip Barrister's Reserve Lavender SS J3Customs Kamisori Phoenix Artisan Accoutrements ASB - Star Jelly (unscented, lightly mentholated) Barrister's Reserve Lavender AS 2.5 passes to an nice DFS+ shave today. 1 blade width misjudgment on the lip, weeper resulted, no distraction, stopped on its' own. Jason's handle with the TGN knot face lathered Barrister's Reserve Lavender into a wonderful slick concoction. Derek's Kamisori (of J3Customs), a 9/8 smiling behemoth, smoothly handled every face curve and contour with ease. It's a fun smooth shaving blade requires many different hand positions. Rounded the shave off with PAA's Star Jelly, then followed with matching Barrister's Reserve Lavender AS. One small disappointment/development....2.5 hours later, the wonderful fragrance of this artisan's lavender version has almost entirely evaporated to my nose. Hope everyone has a great Hump Day!
Very cool razor and shave setup Terry! Nice group shot. Wowzers again Jim! Impressive color matching and image. The knurling and machining on the Envoy reminds me of custom parts for racing pistons, transmissions, diffs, etc. So pretty, but yet completely for function.

Yaqi had a sale on the 11th of November and I could not pass this razor up. It has a solid brass handle and the fit and finish is very impressive. The razor is mild but a great shaver. Two passes and a few touch ups and very nice shave was achieved. The Yaqi brush whipped up the Blue label with ease and the shave was smooth. Finish with dash of Nivea after shave balm and some Clubman. Out the door and off to work but the drive to work was long. A chip truck had over turned which blocked one lane of the highway this morning. I hope everyone has a great hump day! Take care.

Cool shave and razor Danny! Love seeing all the variety of your hobbies! Wow....that driver's mistake was a big one. With crazy traffic I run into almost every weekend drive now....just have to take a big breath, start some cool tunes on the radio.
