    Finished off a tub of Cyril Salter Sandalwood Cream today, sadly. Wonderful performance that is perhaps top among any of the English traditional outfit shaving creams - and the scent is my favorite sandalwood... despite my having several other sandalwood creams and soaps in my closet, I might just have to replace this one. Swapped in a new Personna red, and had a very nice, smooth shave indeed today on this very wintry day (that happens to be my wife's birthday).

    Pre-shave: hot shower and hot towel
    Razor: Fine Accoutrements Marvel
    Blade: Personna Red (#1)
    Bowl: Fine Accoutrements Ceramic Lather Bowl
    Brush: Omega Pro 49
    Cream: Cyril Salter Indian Sandalwood
    Aftershave: D. R. Harris Sandalwood

    Famex with Rockwell cap, Tibam handle. Rockwell cap enables use of standard thread handles, and modifies disposition of the blade to yield a milder shave than stock. Still effective and very very enjoyable. Suneko (2).[​IMG]
