Thank you Gary. I would like to think that my son would be interested in my collection, and he was into traditional shaving for a while, but no more. So...he'll have to liquidate my collection when I move on.
Hey! Finally Friday! Gooooood morning everyone! Got out a razor that I need to give some attention too. If you have Gillette Fat Boy, turn it to 9, then add a longer handle with the added weight, you have a Parker 99. Pair it with a new Feather blade and it's about as close a shave you can get with a DE razor. I'm clean and smooth ready for the day. 3 passes head and face. One weeper, broke out a little from being in the ceilings at work fishing cables down the walls. This soap isn't as slick as I like, lather doesn't have the staying power either. Smells great, but not gonna buy it again. I'm ready to go! Everyone Enjoy! tp

Traditional Straight Shave #139 30 Same Straight/Same Setup Challenge #29 Wolstenholm 5/8 Full Hollow SQ PT Stirling Boar Brush Stirling Sandalwood SS and AS Nivea ASB I decided to make a real wet lather than usual with my boar brush and it really did a nice job. Did 2 passes for as close to a BBS as possible without any irritation, but got 2 tiny weeps on my chin and lower neck. Styptic pen took care of it and they are not making a comeback. Lol! Finished with the matching aftershave and Nivea balm. My skin looks great and I am ready for the middle school students today. One more shave to complete this challenge. Have a great day guys!
