The Black Pearl has arrived! I had been watching this SBF-11FB Pearl razor on E-bay for a while. I did not have a OC TTO and this razor just caught my attention. I finally pulled the trigger when the priced dropped to $10.50 including shipping. Hey, how can you go wrong at that price? These razors were stated to have small coating problems on the doors but I can only see two small spots about the size of a pin prick on the doors that are barely noticable. It is suppose to be solid brass and I can tell you that she is heavy. We will see later on how she shaves.

Ok. I have hemmed and hawed, waffled back and forth, etc. I was going to wait until spring but I couldn't resist. It's my way of living dangerously. I am not a menth head, but I took the plunge. I purchased CF Cryogen SS and AS. I know Jeff @jgreenepa warned me, but I acted like a kid when you tell him not to do something, but does it anyway. Lol!
@Yehuda D couldn't say enough about Cryogen when I first considered the concept of a COOOLD shave soap. Now he thinks those from Stoylin are much colder.
