Nice B&W image Daniel! Great looking ball end tech!

PAA’s scent descriptions are sometimes an out there short story for sure! I’ve run across a few samples that are losers too. I’m glad that they are offered at a $1 per vial. Has definitely been a self enabling circle for later purchasing full size bottles of the winners though!

First shave of 2020 and I wanted to use something Nickel. I decided to have a British themed shave then realized I don't have any British AS. Oh well.

The MWF builds a great lather. I'm surprised some have trouble with it. It does take a lot of water.

Great 3 pass shave. Even my neck was close with no irritation.

I made a trade with Jayaruh and got this beautiful rosewood badger. This is JR #377. I traded JR #41 back to him in exchange for this one. He made this handle and another (#378) and I chose the rosewood. It's quite beautiful!

Thanks Jim...I'll probably get another PAA, but that's it. At least now I know what to expect-greatness.

@jluc and @Norcalnewb and any other PAA owners:

Here are the sample aftershaves I have left. Please let me know your thoughts on these (if you have any):

    Astra Planeta
    Atmotic
    Cavendish
    Tombstone

I've tried Dixie and Boomtown Bay Rum and both were a no-go for me.

Well my goodness me land sakes alive, Perry..what was your no-go issue with Boomtown BR(the one I have)? I should add I have just the soap, not the A.S.

It's what I call a linear slant, only one I've ever been able to aqurie. Now, time to make it mine.

I'm hoping not to make any big mistakes.
    Thanks Blair!

    Thanks Andrew!
I figured you would chime in to what it is.
I knew when I bought it, but memory fails me. I'll have to look it up again.

Lovely image Jason! Great warm tones. Awesome all around with the choices!

Nice image and details Jeff! I've been quite amazed at the PAA preshave soap. It lathers pretty well. The Proraso PS I'm used to is just 'slick', no lather..

I got bored with the "short story" of that "47" or whatever it is. I never got an impression of what the product embodies.
