January 3rd Razor: RR Lupo Aluminum Blade: Astra SP (2) Brush: WWB Lemondrop/Envy Supreme White badger Pre-shave: PAA The Cube Soap: PAA Astra Planeta PAA Galactic witch hazel PAA Star Jelly unscented AS: PAA Astra Planeta Good morning Excellent shave to start the day! Three passes for near BBS. Nearly silent alum. Astra Planeta isn't a favorite. I think I would like it more if I would just enjoy it more for what it is than what I thought it was going to be. As I'm typing this I keep stopping to concentrate on the scent. Still can't describe it but it's quite nice. It's taking me forever to type these few lines. Astra Planeta may never become a favorite but then again it might. Have a great day!

Very nice Neal! Birth Year FB (missed that in the other post ). Awesomeness. Oooohhh....Red Planet, hadn't looked at that one. Sandalwood, like the PAA SSS....is the Red Planet possibly a bit more powdery (sweet)?
Ditto! Clint nails it spot on from my humble opinion! I'll add.....the Supply v2 has very little blade feel to me, but that doesn't mean it isn't working. With a Proline blade, I can easily overshave if I'm not paying attention. Handle angle is very natural, like a Gillette or most DEs. The Enoch, again, my world, seems to have a different handle angle than I'm used to. The sweet shaving spot appears be with the handle closer to face/neck. Almost parallel, but not quite, if that makes sense (and I'm explaining it right). I like both, but....not so sure I'd buy the Supply again unless I caught it on a good sale (like I did before the price hike). I don't use the injector process with the Supply v2, I hand load, which is a little fiddly versus the Enoch.
January 3, 2020 Enoch Feather Pro Paladin Stirling R4L Shave Soap & Aftershave Happy Friday everyone. The Paladin ate through the R4L and whipped up a rich slick lather. The circle of death is growing to large, so I will need to move the remaining soap to the center of the container. My 6th shave with the Enoch and I continue to like it better and better. Three passes and touch ups along the jawline had the baby within reach. So I went for a 4th ATG pass on my lower right neck to catch the little guy. A splash of R4L AS and a spritz of Guerlain Vetiver EdT and I am ready for the day. I hope everyone has a great Friday.
I'll add a little more.... The Supply is a great razor. Fit n Finish first rate for the polished version like Clint said. I likey. Don't know if I'll sell mine, it's a great travel razor (small/hefty/efficient). Several here have it and haven't checked in. My reservation is more from a 'I have something similar that I also like' and with DEs/SEs I'm leaning lately to the frugal side. More $$ for straights and software! One other niggle against it...it's a little narrow. I like wider blades. Last thing....don't know how it works for Canada shoppers. And...haven't gone back to look, but, Supply did have a 100 day trial for razor purchases IIRC.
Red Planet definitely has the Sandalwood going, but it is not straight up Sandalwood like SSS. There is a some amber added, which I pick up quite a bit, but also some Frankincense and Myrrh. I also get just a bit of a floral note to it. To me it is almost a cross of SSS and TOBS Sandalwood, although it is much better than the TOBS.
