Did a rare thing for me yesterday and went into work without shaving first. The office wasn’t open, but I needed to go in and get some stuff completed. I rectified that omission with a great 3 pass’er this morning. Used the excellent BoS combo for my Jeeves focus and was rewarded with one of my favourite lathers in a pleasant scent. @RyX says ‘Apple Pie’, but I don’t get that so much.
Best results yet with the Scalloped plate. A few shorter light buffing strokes is what this razor shines with. I’m completely smooth with very little irritation. Awesome.

That's a very practical philosophy--one that I'll probably wind up adopting

I just have to see if I can't "negotiate" the burn better. It shaves with the typical Stoylin greatness, and does smell nice, but that burn is....as you put it...quite annoying.

A matching brush would be cool! I’d be very nervous making one...imagine screwing that up.
