  4. @9nein9 It just doesn't seem right to "like" a post such as this, so I won't. But know my heart aches for how you must feel right about now. It's like losing a kid, maybe even worse. A person's "pooch" is "the most reliable" person in their life. They "always" are glad to see you, love you, yes kiss you, and stand ready to give their life to protect yours! My peace I give to you!

  12. Will do, Neal. Thanks! I just made the last payment on the Truckster, so it needs to last a few more years. Hey, maybe we can stop for brisket...er... ribs...mom & pop Italian...you pick!

And before I leave town, make sure I'm headed toward Texas. I don't want to end up in Nebraska by mistake.

    Let's see...ribs vs. brisket...another hot button discussion topic. ;)
  13. thank you Jim..

  14. I had never seen that video before, so I did some research and found out it’s not far from my home. Maybe I’ll give him a try one day.

    Road trip!

Just ordered one you never know if I will need a back up for my cobra.

    A truly classic shave.

Good to hear from you Paul.

They are a side dishes and refilled for free. Bimbpap is the dish where you dump in all the extras.

Good to hear from you Rich, thank you for running through the room in a non Fuzzy manner.

  17. Come on down to our wonderful state, Charlie!

And maybe the best way to describe the brisket vs pork ribs debate (at least in my mind): it is like we see in a lot of college football conferences such as the ACC vs Big 10. The ACC maybe has the best team, but the depth is decidedly lacking. The Big 10 may not have the best team but the is much more quality all the way through. The best brisket is tough to beat, but there a huge gap when it comes to that next step down. Pork ribs have a lot more quality selections all the way through.
  18. January 5th
    Razor: Rex Envoy
    Blade: Gillette 7 0:Clock SP (1)
    Brush: Oumo Gel City badger
    Pre-shave: PAA The Cube
Soap: PAA Atomic Age Bay Rum
    PAA Galactic witch hazel
    PAA Star Jelly unscented
AS: PAA Atomic Age Bay Rum

    Good morning

Fantastic shave to start the day! Three passes for near BBS. Light tickle from the alum.

I decided on the Envoy for the next few shaves. My plan as of now is to rotate through my newer acquisitions. The Enoch will be next, then probably the Karve. So many razors and not enough whiskers.

    Have a great Sunday! [IMG]
