Danny, I had no idea how efficient it was. I agree that the handle it comes with needed to go. One heck of a lot of razor for the price!
I got home the last night and my wife asked me if I had seen my half of closet. I have to admit, I got a little nervous that my collection may have been significantly reduced. Luckily, she just organized it a bit and left my shave stuff alone. I now have need of a shoe rack apparently. There are some definite differences to being in a corporate office vs a refinery.
Thank you, Jason! I'm intrigued by the Gentleman splash and may need to get a sample just to rule it out. Or, if I'm lucky, it'll be a winner. The WSP splash is disappointing. I have a sample of it. The scent is very nice and quite close to the Jeeves scent. However, scent longevity is pathetic and the face feel isn't that great. either. I may just toss the rest of the sample and move on to something else.
Thanks for the opinion, Jim. Interesting technique with the extra lather. I've never actually tried that, but you've inspired me to give it a go sometime soon. My usual process is that after a quick rinse with cold water, I spray on Thayers Witch Hazel (I use a glass pump bottle for it) and that is what is on my face as I clean the sink and hardware.
Nah, no need to worry, Tim. You can start hunting local antique and thrift stores. Most of the mass produced vintage Gillettes, Schicks and GEM styles can be found very cheaply 'in the wild'. A cheap, quality razor lot can be found on the 'bay as well. Often a great way to try a few new things. Now, if you start hunting specific, rarer razors that can spell trouble. I have been burned by the 'I have to try one of THOSE' mentality on occasion. Realize by 'burned', I mean spending more... as every specific razor I've researched and pursued has been fantastic... 'One in, one out' has really been a good model for me. I only will buy something now if I want it more than something that is already in my den.
Adam....... just to help out with the perspective on the balance of the Force, how many razors would you estimate that you have for those 25 soaps?

Thanks, Perry! I believe in using all my soaps throughout the year. I chose the soap because I wanted to think warm thoughts of summer in Jan.
