I have two of these I got NOS from a hardware store that had been in business over 100 years. I couldn't bring myself to shave with one, not because I was afraid, but because then it wouldn't be NOS.

On this trip, I'm using Stirling bath soap and body lotion. Both products are top notch!

Stoylin don't make no bodywash.... the FTC allows them to call theirs.... Soap

Started off scrubbing the growth with PAA's Tube 2.0 version of pre-shave soap. It's a black super dense soap, in a large diameter (and incredibly sturdy) lip balm style push up container. Warm water rinse, and on to PAA's CK-6 formula shave soap, which creates an awesome slick thick lather with the @jtspartan 30DC brush handle and Omega boar knot. Acquired this razor from @Keithmax back in June '19, and it's a beauty. Very light wood, thin width blade, and ground as thin as possible. Gorgeous DD handiwork! Blade edge flexes from even the lightest stropping. While shaving, blade feel and flex is unlike any other straight in my den. Audible feedback galore. Takes extreme determination and pressure to make this light razor get the work done, not unlike a very light shavette. 3 passes, DFS+ smooth with no issues, even with 2 passes across the under nose bump which was problematic earlier this week. Quick application of the matching fragrance Star Jelly, then matching aftershave & cologne. Smooth and smelling fine!
