Another early wake that prevented the publication of a new and original photo with the window (anyone in a withdrawal crisis, can contact me for an updated photo of the window).

I like soap even if I have yet to find the right point of water and I like the fragrance even if it is not up to its white sister from Delft.

Today I used, after a long time and in the policy of disposing of stocks, a Personna: it is not bad, but it does not rank on the podium of my favorites and it hasn't been excellent even on a mild razor.
But it did a good job, at least judging by the reaction of my groupies...

Vetiver does not offer the much discussed olfactory continuity with the latherer, but once the face was rinsed, there was no longer any scent trace.
    And it's so good...

    Lather Catcher Sunday's Shave
    zcws.jpg

    Cold Water Rinse
    Proraso Sandalwood
    Jayaruh #326
    Ever-Ready Lather Catcher
    CVS CS SE
    CWR
    Florida Water

My prep was just a cold water rinse. The Proraso Sandalwood face lathered well with Jayaruh #326 Brush. I did two passes and a cleanup with the Ever-Ready Lather Catcher razor with a CVS CS SE blade and ended up with a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse, I finished off with Florida Water. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

  13. Sunday morning:

    Razorock Plissoft 26mm Monster
    Junjie/ Gillette Stainless day 7
    RVT Yuka Lyptik SS
    Prep ASB
Reef Point Fougere Santal AS Splash

This Junjie razor is really impressing me - in fact I think I’ll use it for another week before I go back to my Super Speed. The Yuka Lyptik soap lathered like crazy, its nice scent filled my bathroom, and the menthol sensation, although nowhere nearly as strong as a Stirling Glacial or the Kameelperd’s Kick is still stronger than strong enough to satisfy my menthol needs. The Prep gave me plenty of extra cooling with its own special soothing, and the Fougere Santal aftershave not only feels icy cold, it smells beautiful. Although the Gillette blade has reached the end it still managed to hold up for a final perfect BBS shave!

Wishing you all a great Sunday![IMG]

A good shave today. Slightly better than yesterday’s but, I’m still a bit off on closeness. It’s amazingly smooth and forgiving with the Proline. Yet, I feel like I’m still off with it. Maybe a Feather pro or Super could potentially help things a bit. Great Sunday and wonderful shaves to all...
