  2. Oh, you just did the ones from the company owned by "Clyde Smitty" (my "Doc Ezlovan" of PAA). I did buy the Boomtown. It's quite nice. Even qualifies for a 3-fer from me(as you know, I'm cutting down to just doing a specific shave combination for two days in a row...however some do qualify for the trifecta).
  3. Terrific shave and have a nice day as well, Gary!
Veddy nice shave and pic, Danny!

    Good afternoon, guys!
This is a late report on my morning shave.
    Van Der Hagen TTO
    Omega Pro 49
Stirlling Christmas Eve SS and AS
    Nivea ASB
Got a nice wet lather from my Pro 49. Decided to use the Christmas Eve soap again, because the scent is truly awesome. I consider the VDH my least favorite razor, but she did a great job in giving me a 2 pass BBS without any blood loss or irritation. Applied the aftershave and balm to top off the shave. My next shave will be a traditonal straight shave. I may pick my Ace of Spades or one of my C-Mons. Maybe one of my other straights. It so hard for me to choose one straight over another. Well, I guess I have to tough it out and make a decision when the time comes to shave. Lol! Have a great day my friends! 20200115_115735.jpg 20200115_115735.jpg

  13. Great shave, Joe! You, my friend, are an excellent illlustration of the. TSD adage, ‘Technique over tools’!
  14. Thanks, Andrew!

  15. fine shave and pic Joe..good afternoon..
  16. Great picture, Joe!
  17. My guess is you'll find the General more aggressive than the Vector.
  18. I would say that the Enoch is more efficient. I would add that it is also more aggressive and likely to bite. I really don't see how I could cut myself with a regular blade using the Hiram and most aggressive plate. I will see if that assessment changes with a Feather Super blade and the 3 dot plate.
  19. Thank you Andrew.
  20. Great looking shave and photo Joe. I hope your day is going well
