    Used London Morning soap this morning while I compared the G-Bar, Guiding Eye, and 1912 with the same new carbon blade. Guess which one shaved the smoothest?

    Dickenson, then Stetson deo and spray.

    Since I got the bottom plate for this razor a little while ago, I've been wanting to try it because of it's very nice reviews. And I figured that using it with a few days of growth would be a good time. All I can say is that it shaves better than most of my techs and some TTO's. It even rivals my Pre-War and flat bottom British techs, but I'll need more shaves with different blades to find out. I'm thinking besides it's design, it weighs more than tech models, and for me, that's a plus. And for the shave itself, BBS in two passes, a rarity for me. And if you ever get the chance to get one, do it. Even if it's one with a bakelite bottom plate, they also have nice reviews.

    SOTD Wed Jan 29th 2020

    Razor : Enders speed shaver - MFG 1940's-55
    Blade : Schick Pro line B-20 (1) With a Enders blade carrier.
    Soap : Razorock Don Marco- nice citrus scent with good lather properties.
    Brush : Yaqi tuxedo knot 24mm> with a black marble handle.
    Pre-shave: Brush wash my face with CeraVe hand bar soap + a dollop of clear Aloe Vera gel on beard area.
    Prep : cold water rinse after each pass of 3.
    Post shave: Alum + cold water rinse.
    Post shave : Italian barber Amici aftershave with witch Hazel + Nivea balm.
    Results : CCS,DFS,BBS + Alum indicated irritation + 3 small weepers = [​IMG]
