Quick Report....busy family day. Oldest daughter performing with Dallas Youth Symphony Orchestra mid afternoon, then more family activities out and about.
Everything worked as expected, great slick/thick fragrant lather from the HC HMW badger, 3 pass DFS+ from the Rex loaded with the Treet Platinum. 1 chin 'redness' area, more shaving the top of a skin imperfection a little close, than a true weeper. Followed with SV FA after shave....delivered yesterday. My version resembles a glycerin/aloe consistency, clear, and matches the SS aroma perfectly. The SV products definitely have a great face feel, still a nice feeling 3 hours later. Only wish that SV FA had the aroma longevity of other artisan/manufacturer's products, it is one you'd like to catch whiffs of all day!

And....here's an image of my Citizen chronograph eco-drive from 2011. It saw hard daily (ab)use for 3+ years, and it shows. It's been through pins breaking, leather bands worn out, skidding across pavement, hundreds of door knob hits, being drenched in oil and various detritus while working on vehicles/atvs/trailers, falling off bicycles/skateboards, yard work, scraped through dirt/gravel (low angle motorsport photography), you name it, probably happened to it. I rarely remember to take a watch off. Image is quite revealing....but truth be told from a foot or more away, it's still a great looking time piece. This is the original band.....it was put away after a couple months, just put it back on recently as I was getting this guy back up and running.
