yes, he did. it will be interesting trying out a cartridge razor. have not touched one in 2 years. hopefully no irritation because it's just a 2 bladed cartridge

Nice setup, but it is a shame you don't care for the FB, Jeff! However, you are in good company with Mr. Gary Gillette because he shares your sentiments. I am fortunate that I get very good shaves with my 2 Fatboys.

Thanks, Joe; I knew there was something I shared with Gary! YMMV, and razors I love, others hate! For example, my LeCoq Cage head. There’s a whole passel of haters over at B&B!

 

Personally, I would toss them out because they just don't give an irritation free shave. They get clogged readily and they quickly dull. However, your beard isn't fully matured so you may be fine with them, but eventually you will pay a price with them.

true.. I will give it a go with a shave tonight and give a report on here about it, I mean it's a free razor so why not. However, you would not catch me ever buying a cartridge razor or even a disposable ever again.

While you are shaving, make sure you download KC and the Sunshine Band's Shake Your Booty, but don't act on it. Lol! However, since the Shake Sharp is a vintage razor, you may want a vintage song. May I suggest Jerry Lee Lewis', There's a Whole Lot of Shaking Going On.
