I have never shaved my head so I cannot comment on the intricacies involved. For my face I find one razor as "efficient" as the next. Find and maintain the angle the allows the blade to contact skin. As you said, YMMV. I don't remember that, Andrew. I shave daily so I haven't experienced the razor skipping. It was you that generated my interest in lightweight razors with the Star Bakelite you sent me. I would have never considered buying a lightweight razor prior to using that one. I guess my aluminum razors are another notch in your enabling belt.
I agree, Charlie! Since I have joined 30DC, I have learned to choose my soaps and aftershaves with what would be appropriate for work (light scent) and social engagements with the opposite gender (strong, but not cloying). Still praying for you guys!
Thank you for the kind words, Charlie! These public school kids bless me every time I am in the HS or MS. They are respectful and they always say hi or give me fistbumps in the halls. Some students see me at the local gym and say hi while I am working out. God planted me in the right place.

Not good-looking, Joe, it was the gleam from my smooth, shiny pate that dazzled her. LOL! She’s just turned 63, and is not ecstatic about it! We’re a decade apart - 1947 and 1957. I just always remember to keep that shine up so she can never see me clearly enough!
I kept using it! It’s a good solid razor that delivers a more than acceptable CCS. I was satisfied with that shave until TSD’s 30DC walked me into the light!!
