  1. I tried it and Keith @Keithmax did also. Broke down into bubbles but gained strength after cooled a bit. Smell became very strong when heat hit it .

Bloomed the soap to get a nice preshave water to my face. Facelathered my face to get a nice wet lather to start the shave. Did 2 1/2 passes for a great BBS shave. Did get a tiny weep at the chin curve, but it went away on it's own. Irritation was non-existent. The scent is not overbearing and it does have a clean smell. Finished with the matching aftershave and the Nivea balm. Wow! My face feels real good and is very youthful looking. Have a nice afternoon fellas! 20200204_155456.jpg 20200204_155456.jpg
  5. Thank you Jason. The shave was much better today. I just try to pick a soap and use it at least once a week. As the soap gets closer to the bottom, I will use it more often.
  6. Love the warm tones in the photo Jason. The brush is just gorgeous.

  7. Thank you Tim. I am trying to use up some of the soaps in the den. It's a slow process for sure.

  15. Great shave, Joe!
  16. Awesome shave report and photo, Blair! I seem to recall seeing that Feather AC brought out before--nice mod-job. And the Future Fiction sounds fantastic :D

*Edit* I initially called you, Jim. Sorry Blair, I suppose it's a knee-jerk reaction to seeing the Jims taking on PAA soaps all January :ashamed001:

  20. Good to know.
I expected this morning's soap to return to normal once it started cooling on my face but not to be. I used my GP scuttle most of last winter with hot tap water but boiling hot water presents a new learning curve.
