  1. OK so went ahead with the purchase. This will be my second vintage razor now in my collection. Can't tell exactly what year this Aristocrat was made but I can only assume from the looks of it, that it may be from the late 40s or early 50s. Does appear to have some wear on it. Once it arrives in the mail, I'm gonna do some light boiling just to get rid of some of that grime off of it so the shine will come out more. Does appear to have some Plate loss but nothing major, If I want to I could always have it re platted in the future. Other than that it still holds it's color. Been working real hard this semester keeping my grades up and running my small business, just thought about rewarding my self a little bit. s-l1600.jpg

    Gary can probably help 1000x more than anything I have to offer on Gillettes....but I did do some cursory research into a couple vintage Gillettes I was interested in, and got where I needed to go.
