    I hate to admit it, but I redid dinner last night with the same knife! After she got done hollering, she enjoyed the meal! Always got to get back on the horse, even after he bucks you off the first time! I'm a pretty decent cook. Enjoy your day my friend!

    Thank you Jeff. I’ve been bouncing between 2.5 and 3. I tried 3.5 and it was a blood bath. I’ll try going up the dial again this week.
