I couldn't see Smoke Town what for the smoke comin' off the tires. My Bride has that steely look in her eye. All's well in Piggly Wiggly country. 68F and overcast. Traveling 3 feet above the pavement. Heart rate: mine @ 180, hers @ 55.

 

Can't wait to hear your thoughts on it--sounds like a winner.

 

I've been making $$$$ comparisons of Noble Otter soaps to those of Bill Neumann&Co Both are high-priced, but it's been interesting "doing the Math". What makes it so challenging is that both have great "skin food".

Most older razors take hoe or wedge blades. I normally have to make the blade holders narrower, then adjust the blade lock to hold the blade at the right tension. This razor didn't like the fit of the blade, to long front to back. Had to correct the blade lock to accept it and have enough tension to keep the blade in place. Bending and twisting the metal parts are the way it works. At any point in the operation, breaking something, resulting in a piece of old junk. So far.... I've been lucky.

Great shave, Dale. The MMOC gives me fantastic shaves, but if I let my guard down even slightly, she'll bite or burn me pretty good. Glad to hear you were only nipped

 

I'll be 90 before I can retire... but I plan on being dead long before then
