Thanks, Joe! Feathers definitely made that shave easier. The ones I'm using are samples Evan @MrEE sent me with the re-plated Flare Tip, so I don't know if I can say I have graduated to using them. They are pricey blades, so the performance and longevity will need further evaluation before I decide to jump right in. They're nice blades, though. No arguing that.
That's nice, Andrew! I appreciate it, but I have to hold off on it for now. Are you going to restock your store?
Thanks Tim! One of the tell tale signs of when you have enough water is when you start flinging lather access the bathroom as you pain it on your face. Sent from my Galaxy using Tapatalk
Great shave, Jason! Love that scent, for sure. Glad you are functional, and hope you upgrade to fantastic--post haste!
I have a hand full of different blades up in the shop right now. I don't sell many DE blades because I can't really make anything off them and still sell them at a reasonable price. The only thing a pack of Feathers will cost you is an address though Sent from my Galaxy using Tapatalk
Thank you, Clint. And back at you! Glad to hear things went well for you, and hoping results of the Colonoscopy are even better.
Well, I thank you for your generosity, but I will keep your offer in mind. In the meantime, I am sure you are excited to prepare for your newest addition which means 3 pics for the week.
Yes and no. I still stop the shaves as "punishment" for not being careful enough. It is, however, just destroying my scoring system, so that aspect of it has been out the window for quite some time
I think I was just shy of that, but pretty darned close. I even quickly submerged my brush a couple times as per Dale's anecdote.
Beautiful picture, Jason! Sorry you're not feeling better. Thanks. I'll probably live with the soap as is for now. I may use it like a soap stick next time out.
I think both vendors tie their own knots. To me they feel the same and look nearly the same so I think the fibers come from the same supplier.
