    I decided to cut my hair tonight so a shower and shave followed. Two passes plus a little touch up for a pretty darned nice shave. I should use this razor more than I currently do. It is nice and comfortable but takes me a little extra effort to match the results of the 1924 or Micromatic.

    Mike's Vetiver~~Simpson Persian Jar 3~~Heljestrand MK32~~Vetiver de Guerlain AS
    Still going strong with this straight razor. Stropping, alone has kept the edge in great shape.
    It's cold and snowy so I reached for the last, remaining vetiver soap in my den: Mike's.
    Absolutely delicious, shiny, slick lather was created with this soap.
    I DARE anyone to convince me that $150 (or MORE!!!) Sebum soap shaves better than Mike's.
    This soap is nothing but excellent.
    The Persian jar is about as big of knot as I want. I cleared my den of a 28mm 59 and a 30mm Polo.
    My knot "sweet spot" seems to be 24-26mm. Perfect for either bowl- or face-lathering.
    I have one more "grail" brush to sell. Should get me pretty close to what I need for the Wolfman I ordered.

    Another recent acquisition arrived (today..:eatdrink013:) and will be the subject of March's focus.
    Three passes for the results I have come to expect from a straight     razor.
    Vetiver de Guerlain finished my shave with aplomb.    ​
