Amazing photo and shave, Jim! I was intrigued by the packaging of Darkfall, so I looked up the scent profile--that's a pretty awesome blend!
Great shave, Clint. Love the look of that Lupo! L'Orange Verte sounds wonderful, and the packaging cracks me up.
Good stuff, Myles! I love mirrored polished straight blades! Thanks Gary! Mmm, Coconut & rum! Great shave Bill! Fantastic shave Gary! Hope you kick that cold soon! You have a great eye for arranging your compositions, Jim! Excellente, Danny! Fantastic shave Clint! Lovely photo and shave, Jason! Great shave Joe, even with a little nick! That is some great lather and a sweet looking Barbie!
Nice shave, lineup and awesome photo, Doug! In my neck of the woods, we didn't get any snow in February and very little the prior 2 months. I think we got maybe 4 inches total, if that.
A very refreshing looking shave, Joe! Out of curiosity, do you go ATG on your 2nd pass, or stick with XTG?
Could be worse. At school I've been called 'Mrs. Nieves' (our Spanish teacher at the time), even 'mom' once. I took both as compliments
Beautiful Bay Rum shave, Joseph--that lather looks amazing! Sounds like the BFH worked quite well for you
As a member of your fan club that was a very, very awesome shave Joseph. I am still waiting on the signed 8x10 glossy.
Week 4 (Anything Goes) Feb. 27 Episode 27: “Uh, This Is… Different” Edwin Jagger DE89 The month started rough with the DE89, but the last few shaves have been quite good... Week 4, Day 6 Gear Blade: Voskhod (4)--may have been pushing things a bit with a 4th shave--slightly tuggy, but not enough to get me to switch out the blade. Could also have been a combination of 4th-shave blade and this particular razor. Brush: Kong Soap: Stirling Sandpiper Enhancements: Stirling Frost Drops AS: Aqua Velva Ice Blue Balm: Stirling Glacial Unscented. The Shave Thought I’d start the shave XTG to mix things up. Two inches into my shave I quickly determined that was not meant to be. Well, I gave it the ol’ college try. WTG did much better, but still kind of tuggy along the goat-zone. 2nd (XTG) pass went much like the 1st. 3rd (ATG) pass went like the 1st & 2nd: slight tugginess, but relatively drama free. No blood, BBS/DFS, and oddly enough no irritation. Great results if a somewhat mediocre feeling shave. Score Comfort: 5 Closeness: 4 Tally How about that? A little bit o’ green on the list! Have a fantastic day-before-Friday everyone!
