Wonderful shave Joe! Schick injectors do use a very different angle then most DE's but they are very efficient once you get them dialed in! Sent from my Galaxy using Tapatalk
I fount the Lupo to be much like the razor it copied, smooth, efficient and forgiving. Like the original Wolfman it represents a wonderful balance of the 3. But at this point I prefer the finish on the Jaws and the increased blade feel.
Thanks, Gary! I think I need to use shorter strokes on this razor to be more efficient. However, it is a nice razor.
Wonderful report and shave Joe. Injectors do have a different angle. I am sure you'll have it sorted out shortly.
Thanks, Andrew! I am glad this razor is in my rotation. I think I will use shorter strokes so that I can be more efficient with it.
Thank you Gary....overall it was-I just thibnk the "Unscented" aftershave knocked out the Phoenix A.A. soap. I'll be trying different soaps with the Unscented, to see if the same thing happens,
SOTD Focused February 28th Stirling Mentholated Pre-Shave Soap RazoRock SS Hawk V1 Feather Professional Super (6) Yaqi Ruby Red (24mm, Frigate Class) RazoRock XXX soap Country Club Sweet Water AS The last shave with this setup for the month. It's nice to not have to think about what gear you're going to use for the next shave but I also found myself really missing the variety of using different setups. Shaving with the hawk the last two weeks has really allowed me to get the best shave possible out if it. Unfortunately I don't think it will ever be a top performer for me. Today on it's sixth shave the Feather Professional Super felt like it was losing its edge. After three passes I did end to with a CCS that boarding in DFS territory which is good enough for a Friday. Have a great day my friends! TGIF! Sent from my Galaxy using Tapatalk
Thank you, Gary! Thanks, Tim! Since I've come to the conclusion that efficiency is in my hand not my razor I don't comment on efficiency. I will comment on blade feel and such. I want to stress that this is just my opinion.
