  1. Fantastic shave and photo Joe. I hope you had a great Sunday
  2. I take no offense until @Trigger starts bad mouthing BBQ or ice cream. That's where I draw the line.
  3. Thanks. Day 2 was less intimidating

  4. Thank you, Tim! Also, to answer your earlier question, I think I prefer the Alumi-TAR over the brass. I would certainly love to have either, though.

I keep the Veg tucked away in the cabinet below the sink. When it is dark, there is a faint glow that emanates from the split in between the doors.
  5. Awesome classic shave!!

  8. fine shave and pic Tim..great thing about a focus, one can have a well deserved rest..i hear ones de/se shaves improve as the straight/chevette shaves progress..this i wouldn't know as i don't open blade shave, but 800+ successful gillette shaves have ingrained the technique well..:)
  9. Very True...next Sunday is Shulton Spicy Sunday

  10. @clint64, what version of the JAWS do you have, and what are your thoughts, especially compared to the Lupo?

  15. I have the .84 JAWS with the super knurl handle. I am not a fan of the DLC finish on the Lupo at all so the JAWS wins in the finish. I find the JAWS has a touch more blade feel and touch more efficient. I find the Lupo easier to load a blade since the pins are in the top plate and not the bottom plate like the JAWS. The Lupo is exceptionally smooth and does feel like the original Wolfman. I like the JAWS better. If the Lupo were polished stainless the choice would be harder. I hope that helps.

  20. It's funny that I was high fiving the MS kids and one of the staff said that I was brave. I inquired as to why and she said because of this virus. I replied, "No weapon formed against me shall prosper." I said do you understand where I am coming from and she replied, "Amen." I rarely quote Scripture in an educational setting, but I had to do so in this case. I have always claimed divine health since I was a kid and have remained blessed with excellent health. I pray for divine healing for everyone and their family on this thread in Jesus' name!
