Charlie @wristwatchb we got your lawnmower in yesterday. Do you want us to put the duals on or are you going to put them on in the garage? Get yourself plenty of 5 gallons cans......she holds 400 gallons of fuel.
Worked like a charm Joe! Thanks Tim! People think I'm nuts or don't believe me when I tell them what I shave with. Some have to see the videos before they really believe it.
March 10th Shavettes Razor: Feather Artist Club DX Folding Pearl Razor Blade: Feather Super Profestional (2) Brush: jtspartan w/ 24mm Badger Boar Hybrid PS: Proraso Green SS & AS: Stirling Orange Chill Short and sweet, the feather does require a slightly different angle than my Dovo Straight razors. I'm too shallow with this thing and I'm pretty sure that's what's causing irritation issues. So, I'll use a little steeper angle tomorrow and see how it feels. I find this very strange because my angle is shallow because I was having irritation issues with my Dovo and shallowing the angle was the fix. I think the larger Feather DX head is throughing me off a bit. As for the soap, I like the aftershave. Very pleasant orange scent with a nice menthol cool. The soap smells earthy in the jar but that fades when lathering. Another soap I like on my face but not in the jar. I want to get some Lime Chill before the season passes. That's what I should have ordered this time.
Thanks Tim. I do my best. Yesterday's shave was a simple one-passer. Today's included two passes, and I got really close. I'm getting more comfortable shaving my chin with fewer strokes. It's hard to describe, but I can set the blade angle, hold my hand and chin still, and use my facial muscles to "pull up" at various points on my chin. This little maneuver helps me get closer and avoid those unsightly boo boos. I think I'll do my first 20 shaves using Voskhod blades, and the next 20 will be with Feathers. Thanks Danny. Don't spill any Clubman on it while you simonize it. And I have plenty of gas on-hand here. Thanks Jim. I am honored.
