Happy Wednesday morning, hope your day goes great!
Got my Wilkinson razor out with the home brewed jig to hold the blade in place.
It looks rough, not being sanded or anything but it works great.
Had to cut off each end of the blade for size.
The slit the blade is in was just that.
Before the epoxy set up completely, I slid the blade back and forth to release it.
I also laid down some clear tape on the razor, cutting it to fit, so the epoxy would not adhere to the base.
I cut a blade this morning before the shave, so no time involved to speak of.

With this blade configuration, the razor smoothly glides over the face and head like the blade is missing.
The shave is really close.
2 passes on the face, then a clean up just to see if I cpuld do it without leaking.
Yes, I can.
2 passes on the gord, another bump gone with the wind.
Other wise all is well.
Amother razor for the rotation.
The Stirling Bay Rum, well ya know...
All
ENJOY!
