  3. Brought my small Shulton OS bottle to class today to wear (wanted something unique to wear) pulled a few complements. Practically had to pry my bottle back. a few girls could not stop smelling the bottle. Sorry but you just can't diss vintage os for smelling old or dated if younger girls still like this. It's like a man's Chanel No 5 or equivalent to that. Might have to give my history teacher a huge nostalgia trip tomorrow by letting him check out the bottle. That man is always talking about his childhood. He has some good stories.

  8. Gosh thanks Joe!
I'm not sure I'm all that creative.
I just look at things a little differently.
Keeping the "can't do that" mindset out of my thoughts is the thing I try to aspire to.
    It's a personal thing.
    Thanks!

Can't wait for Sunday when I take a break from my 30DC rule and take one of those brushes out for a spin--at first I thought it was an easy choice, but after a bit of playing around with each, I'm going to have to decide via coin toss :D

    Clubman?
I still think it's a bit strong, but it has a good scent after it calms down.
And, I like Stirling because of the strong aromas.
    Well....

    The Shave...
Decided to stick to 2 passes today: WTG & ATG. I largely avoided buffing until I got to the chin, then kept the buffing very light--for now, I can see no way of avoiding buffing when shaving the chin. Also, I did take an extra pass at the chin, so I'm really more at 2+ passes.

The results were much better: almost no irritation and a CCS. I think if I were to have started off XTG, I might have got the same irritation free shave, but closer to the DFS side of things. That’ll be worth trying out tomorrow. ;)

Everybody have a fantastic Hump Day--it's just about over anyhow :D

    10 down, 90 to go!
  16. Very nice shave and read Paul!
    Just keep them coming!
IF you ever get the time, a picture or two would be nice.
Not necessary mind you, just nice.

  18. Have Wizamets, Polsilvers, including 100 of the brown label, Perma Sharps are excellent, but probably the worst glue dots I have ever experienced, Astras are familiar to me, only Rapira and Nacets are heretofore unknown to my face.
  19. Very nice shave Gary!
You still have me thinking about the blue from before.
    But the picture is nice.
