Hey guys. I want to share my Day 600 update of my new lifestyle. In general, I'm doing good overall with weight, diet, and exercise. I was not successful in Florida earlier this year because I stopped logging my food and periodically checking my weight. That spelled trouble for me. I came home a few pounds heavier. Since then, I've gotten back on my program, and I'm making steady progress back toward my target. Daily focus with plenty 'o data really helps me.
