Thanks, Terry. There are occasions when I give my brush a "quick dowsing" under the tap, maybe a few seconds. I wonder if it is during those times I have my Most Excellent shaves. Will experiment.
Tim, the goalie for the NHL Washington Capitals has sported a beard now for about 5 years. I wish he'd lose the thing, because to me his face looks too "youthful" for such a beard. But apparently his wife loves it on him, so I guess he won't.
Uh, well..... I don't see that, really. If you lived like I did growing up. Then live out in the sticks. The only help you get are the people around you. So city (and townie) people sometimes have lots of options. Out here.... not so much. Although, being more self sufficient has its advantages. I'm comfortable with no power, its always dark out here. I can navigate day, night, walking or driving. Hey! I can even use a compass and a Topo map. Can you ID the north star? How about the southern cross? Can you use the moon to navigate? When was the last time you blazed a trail? It's actually lotsa of fun. The kids love learning how to do all of that kinda stuff. I recommend it, if only for fun. tp
Well,. it's just a matter of making a habit of it. Now I'll be "thinking" a little more as I shave. (Nyuk Nyuk)
Yep, when I talk about work, people's eye glaze over and then they comment on the weather. You'd think I'd learn. Apparently not.
