Alright, I got a little bored and impatient this morning and took a look at the Repeater again. I thought that if I could angle the head right, I could slide the new blade into the loading slot and then set the head up right and get it loaded. No go. No head angle would give me proper access to slide the blade in. So I did it the old fashioned stupid way and hand fed the blade in. Success! It wasn't all that difficult either. A little patience and a little luck and I've got a freshly loaded Repeater ready for a shave. Sweet!

 

I really need to get a lot of crap done today, just can't get motivated

 

oh man. I am there with you.

 

I'm slowly moving into my day.
I slept some yesterday and a few hours this morning so I can't complain about not being rested.

So far I've showered, shaved, and started a load of laundry.
Exciting b-day stuff right there. :happy102

Now I need to go search out some breakfast before the coffee & meds eat a hole in my stomach.

I don't know what's worse...that I actually saw the coming, or that I was surprised when it did happen, despite having a feeling that that's what would happen

 

One time, I watched them do the whole stacked boxe routine, where Teller gets in the tower of boxes and then Penn moves the boxes around and opens the doors and you see his various body parts inside the boxes. Well, they follow that up with an identical plexiglass setpiece so you can "see how the trick is done". It's even more mind-blowing when they show you, because after they've finished, you still don't have a clue what you just saw.

I will say those guys are pretty good.

So, how do they decide if a storm should have a female name (hurricane) or a male name (himmacane)?
If a storm is unpredictable and changes directions randomly it's a hurricane.
It's a himmacane if it heads straight for the virgin islands

 

you forgot the part about asking directions- the hericane wanders randomly and stops periodically for directions, then never follows them.

the himmacane already knows where to go and does not need your instructions- no matter how far off course he may be.

Hope everyone had a good day. I'm so tired... going back to full days this week is taking it's toll. I get up at 5:30 and get home at 5:30 after being off for nearly 2 months. Bio-shock!
