Thank you Jason. The A&E does have a matching splash that actually has a lot of goodies for skin care. While similar and both inspired but Terre d'Hermes, the scents are different enough that I can see repurchasing the L'Orange Noir soap to go with the aftershave.
Thank you, Clint. The day is fine so far, thanks. I’m actually excited to go to the supermarket. How sad is that...
I am avoiding the supermarket. I am on my second load of laundry today. I know Maya is bring home a ton of dirty clothes so I am trying to keep my wife happy by having the home stuff done before their return.
Etching/engraving? No flying cars in the near future, but the tools of scientists are available to home users now. Hey Bill! Glad to be back. Umm... so how does a person acquire a pocket full of those. Asking for a friend. (Slightly NSFW viddy)
I'm sure it's a wonderful place to visit, but I'm not sure you'd enjoy it for extended periods! The weather is bloody shocking most of the time (I do like it, though)! Way cool on the citizenship! Nice to see you're still hanging around! Still cracking on with the incredible Gillettes you own?!
I'd forgotten how cool your photos are! Is that the original brass Karve that you bought last year? It's looking shiny!
That's fine Rick. I shave the gord with whatever I used to mow the old mug. If I want a great close shave, I'll change to a New Feather or Pesonna GEM blade to do the top. That hasn't been needed for a while. 2 passes on the gord with a Yaqi Helmet, Beast, Cooper Monobuilt, MMOC and the like leaves me good and clean. I like a lond heavy handle to balance out heavy razor heads. The Schicks are light so heavy handles aren't needed. Some of the aluminum razors like a RR Blackhawk is nice too. Good luck! tp
March 22 SOTD: Razor: Razorock GC JAWS Blade: Gillette Nacet Brush: PAA The Green Ray Lather: PAA Lo Haiku Aftershave: PAA Lo Haiku I have pretty hit or miss lately. Working from home has been interesting as I am busier than normal yet let productive. Of course the loss of productivity has been due the kids, which even though has been distracting, it has also been fun. I haven't shaved in several days, and finally, my wife told me I had to today. Two passes and DFS as the JAWS worked it's way through my beard pretty easily. I also got the SWMBOSOA (©️ @Primotenore) this on the scent, so it has been a good Sunday. We had our church online again. It will be nice to be able to go out with people normally again when this is all over. I hope everyone has been handling things well.
Awesome line up you've got going on, Clint! Stirling's Arkadia is a TdH dupe, and it's one of my favorites. I've heard nothing but good things about L'Orange Verte. I love the finish on that razor, btw.
Thank you, Clint! Everything is fine. Maybe a little cabin fever, and my wife and I got a nice little poison ivy rash from so we had in our yard. That is on the mend, so always a positive.
