I'm using my Cooper Monobuilt loaded with a new Feather blade. I picked up a stick of Cremo shave stick, Original.
Cremo was the first real slick shaving cream I used, mostly because it was locally available. The stick scent seems to be stronger than the cream I have.
It has a citrus leaning to orange scent, I used my Stirling Orange Chill to complement it.
I used a brush to apply it and did the normal face lathering.
Trying to load my synthetic brush was doable, but not as I would like.
I found that dipping the stick in the water then loading the brush worked good, after your brush was wet.
Lathering the face did work better than some soaps I've used.
The lather stays around for long enough to finish the pass.
I have hard water so the fact I got it to lather was kinda surprising.
I finished my shaving this morning, both head and face, 2 passes each, no issues.
It's slick enough for a good head shave too.

I probably won't buy another stick again after I use this one.
But, if I need some shaving soap in a pinch.
I would not hesitate to grab a stick and use it.
