    TWhite TAR Shave #2

    TAR razor
    Gillette Silver Blue blade
    Plisson/L'Occitane brush
    Proraso Green SS
    Osage Rub/Witch Hazel w/aloe
    Proraso Green A/S

Same as yesterday but set the razor to a little over 1. That worked much better for me but still felt pretty hard on my face. The weight of the razor is pretty impressive and I'm sure that has a tremendous impact on the overall performance of the razor. Both days have resulted in some weepers and a tender face. Again, in shaving it's YMMV. Now go enjoy your day folks.

    2020-03-27, Friday

The pandemic and all these security measures are ruining my business...

This morning, after shopping, I went to the bank with my mask on and, as usual, I put the gun in the cashier's face.
He shook his head with an air of solidarity, took it, checked it well and gave me 50 €, telling me: -I'm sorry: I can't go any further. But you has three months to redeem it!
This is a normal security measure for those who carry out an activity like mine...

Besides, the mask prevented him and the cameras from seeing how well I shaved! With a gear like that... you can't go wrong!

Ah, I forgot... the cashier told me that my aftershave was very good.
    At least he noticed that...

Glad to see guns in Italy Alfredo. Not just aTexas thang! You need a cowboy hat and a bandana to throw the clerc off the trail of your sillage.

Now back to CBL soaps shall we? I am a lover of “leather” scents don’t really know why but I love them. Cigar Shop Cowboy is a pretty fantastic leather forward scent! Magical really with some smoke and tobacco in there.

Today’s implement of stubble destruction the Colonial General SS SE. It is my current favourite razor...period. I rotate through other DE and SE razors but I could easily just grab this one for weeks on end.

Beautiful two pass DFS achieved. Topped it off with some English Leather AS and Guerlain Derby! Wow, think Clint Eastwood while wearing a bowler just punched you in the face! Happy Friday all!!! Stay safe and check in on your neighbours.
