My shave couldn’t have been better - the Proraso Green soap lathered beautifully, I enjoyed the scent, and the menthol sensation felt terrific - ok, it’s not overwhelming by any means but it’s very pleasant, and I had good postshave care. SOTD, Wed, April 1st 2020 Razor: Schick injector Easy Rider theme series L type-MFG 1969?>1972- very mild razor! Blade: Personna SS PTFE (1) excellent blade for this razor IMO. Soap: Razorock Irish Countryside- mild scented with great lather qualities. Brush: Yaqi Rainbow brown whiskers 26mm synthetic- I really enjoy this brush. Pre shave: Brush wash my whole face with CeraVe hand bar soap + a dollop of clear Aloe Vera gel on beard area. Prep: Cold water rinse after each pass of 3. Post shave: Razorock XXX aftershave with witch hazel + Nivea balm. Results : CCS,DFS,BBS + no irritation + no weepers = good shave today! Have some great shaves!

Either or? Either these blades are not as bad as I remember, or this razor is exceptional, or perhaps a bit of both. This was a very comfortable, close shave with no drama. I should give credit to the lather as well, the milksteak formula is the real deal. I hope you and yours are healthy and home.
