Thank Jim! And no, I actually had a shave least night with my Rex Ambassador and Arko. It was pretty darn good. Sent from my Galaxy using Tapatalk
I tried the Proraso white bowl back when I first started out - I didn't get the best out of it. Trying a cream today certainly did not disappoint!
That's too bad about the reaction to those soaps, Joseph! I don't believe it is the sodiam and potassium hydroxides that is causing your reaction because these are common ingredients in most soaps. Check your soaps that you haven't had a problem and if the hydroxides are present, then you know they are not the culprits. Thus, I would say it is the slippery elm bark extract is the villain.
i like the creams a little better but are both great products.the best proraso cream is their single edge line, love the wood and spice..
Good to hear from you Andrew! You got your hands full and it will be more so with the newborn arriving shortly. Great pics of Declan and Logan! Chime in when you get a chance. Peace out!
Dan, that's a good shave! I own the 6C and the Model T. Although you feel the blade, the razor's geometry makes it difficult to cut yourself. I can't speak for the RA but every owner seems to do well once it is dialed in. I am sure you will get there.
Thanks James! It's a bad one and it looked like I needed stitches, but I am still here because I didn't bleed out. I will just keep the doubled up bandaids on it and hope for the best.
