Anything goes April
Razor: Dovo Royal Shave LE
Brush: DSCosmetic 28mm Tuxedo
SS: Arko
AS: Proraso Red
I would say the straight razor is the ultimate adjustable. I can adjust angle, pressure, stroke, and... angle.

I like this Dovo. It was cheap as I think RoyalShave was hoping people would want a RS LE, but the ended up selling them cheap. Good for me. I just wanted something to shave with. I will admit the Arko sticks are convenient. It's just really issue to rub the soap on my face and lather. I do like the synthetic brushes best with Arko.
I had a great 3 pass DFS shave with no nicks or irritation. I still find it amusing that I can shave with my straight razors with great results but I irritate my skin with the Feather DX.

@timabababaluka mentioned he was going to shave with his Slim on Saturday and I wanted to join him. However, I still wanted to do SR Saturday, so I thought Slim Sunday would work. Again with the Arko. That's what I had out and right as was getting started SWMBO was started hurrying me. My brother and nephew both have new babies and my family wanted to hold am family video conference call. For some reason my wife wanted to dress and put on makeup before video conferencing with my family...
Anyway, I've been running all my adjustables on milder settings since trying my Rex on a 2 and loving it. So I started with the slim on 4. This worked well on my neck and reduced my stubble to a manageable level during the WTG pass. XTG also worked well on 4, but I could tell it wasn't as close as I usually like it. So half way through my ATG pass, I increased the setting to 5 and then 6 touching up the first areas I shaved on 4. Ended up with an almost BBS shave. I did feel like the Slim gave a great shave. Perhaps the my Parker Variant and my Rex Ambassador give a little more consistent shave. I wonder if that's the TTO vs. the solid cap.
