  5. Wonderful 'tuxedo' shave there, Terry! I've often wondered about the Black/Blue/Gold/Green Label soaps--RR had a fantastic deal on them a month or so back (get all 4 triple milled soaps for like 12 or 13 bucks... insane!)

Hope this Easter finds you and your family well, sir :)
  6. Thank you and a blessed Resurrection Day to you! I am going outside to walk, pickuo my 7- 11 coffee and relax. I made a nice steak last night and saved half for today's meal. It will be a quiet day for me. Stay safe!
  7. Great shave, Tim. You might want to check out ‘shaving with Rich’s’ Lather Building video. He’s verbose, distracting, and annoying as heck, but the boy knows how to build a lather. There’s also a set of 3 Reddit lather building videos by Minimalisto?. He demonstrates dry, wet and the Marco method. Worth a look!
  8. And to you, sir--hope you and your family enjoy are well and remain so :)

  9. I don't know if you purposely chose the soap because of the crown and the significance of this Christian holiday, but I do like it. Great shave Blair! Happy Resurrection Day!

ASW Old Virginia~~Simpson T2~~2011 Mühle R41/Wizamet Super Iridium
Haven't used the Old Virginia in a while.
Successful creation of some very shiny and sublime lather.

The application of the lather was made possible by one of my softest knots.
    Simply sumptuous.
Once again, I used the same Wizamet, this time in conjunction with my 2011 R41.
    Different shave
experience when compared to the Game Changer.
The blade-feel is significantly more with the Mühle.
Always careful to ride the cap, one still feels the edge of the blade.
After one pass you could quit and call it a DFS.
I chose to continue with the XTG and ATG passes.
I thought that I was weeper-free, until I noticed a few dots underneath my chin.
Nothing significant, but always the reminder who's boss.
Double-splash of the ASW aftershave for a wonderful, Easter shave.
    Peace.
  14. Thanks Jeff and may the hand of God touch you!

That sounds like an amazing sandalwood--PAA always impresses me with their scent profiles. Love those scales, too!

Have a wonderful Easter, sir :)
