Naw, AC blades are for fancy folk (pretty sure the 'AC' stands for 'All Classy'--I'll double check later on tonight). I'm just a humble DE user. One that makes too many passes with too little lather.
That was nice Tim! Ahhh. That rattles free the memories of my youth. Our pitcher's Grandma used to drive us to games in a 78 Chevette . He went on to be a successful musician and I , a successful father of 3 daughters whom now shapes hunks of wood instead of wildly swinging it at a 15mph fastball . I used to love watching the original 'Bad news bears' movie. And hence , my 100 pack of Rockwells sit unopened and wait paitently for the day when I call on them to shine. Maybe when the time comes I'll used them repeatedly until they are nothing but a memory.
So many passes So little lather C'mon now Tim What's the matter ? After two passes Put the razor away And leave what is left For another shave Dont chase the baby He can be elusive Scraping your skin Is really abusive Stick to two passes There is no shame If you miss a spot We wont lay blame Take this advice From a man of fifty BBS or not We still think you're nifty!

April 16th Razor: Paradigm Diamondback Blade: Astra SP (1) Brush: Rick Montalvo 70/30 badger, boar Pre-shave: PAA The Cube Soap: A&E Barbiere Sofisticato PAA Galactic witch hazel PAA unscented Star Jelly AS: A&E Barbiere Sofisticato Good morning! Wonderful shave to start the day! Three passes for near BBS. Just the lightest tickle from the alum. Yes, another new razor. Paradigm Diamondback 2020. Beautifully mirror polished. Nice heft with good balance. Not the grippiest handle but I had no trouble hanging on to the razor. Some blade feel, not a lot. Very smooth razor with an easy to find and maintain angle. My picture doesn't do it justice. Have a great day!
