Arko Adjustable April April 23 Razor - 1962 (H2) Gillette Slim Blade - Soap - Arko Brush - @Jayaruh #230 Post - Alum A cloudy and drizzly day but the temps were nice so it wasn't a terrible time to be about and about. However, Google Maps decided to shoot craps about 3pm today which means the apps I need to do my job stop working. Mostly. I did figure out a workaround on GrubHub so I was able to keep going and the living was easy as most if not all other drivers were just stuck. Lots of work for the ingenious. Nice end to the day and Google has fixed the problem and I'm reinstalling everything as I was instructed to put the final touches on the fix. Gotta love technology. Speaking of technology - how about some Gillette technology? Shave number two with the Slim set on 9 and a fine, fine, fine Sharp Star aboard. Stayed with Arko, of course, and used the small but quite unique and elegant JR230 for the lather. Three passes to shaving glory and my day is done! Hope yours went well and here's to a fantastic Friday to launch us into another weekend!
ok,i looked up my ib receipt and i purchased it feb 16 2018,not sure about handle choices.i remember the radio knob handle came out with the first game changer.
It actually went smoothly Blair . Better than I expected. That brush is Huuuuuuge Keith! Good to see your day went well Neal!!
Definitely no fun when the technology you rely on takes a dive. Reminds me of one of my daughters driving assignments....I have to give her 5 destinations to drive to, she has to give me written directions, no technology. I gotta figure out giving her paper maps I said. Even I haven’t used paper maps in 20+ years. The blank look from her face wasn’t reassuring.... Oh yeah, great shave Neal! Love the Jarayuh brush, nice looking Slim too!
I hope so too. I sent an email with no response. If it is not hear by the middle of May, I am going to start a claim with PayPal.
April 24, 2020 Wolfman WR1-OC Ti (.74mm) with Triad Aristocrat Ti Feather Simpson Trafalgar T3 Stirling Hipster Shave Soap & Aftershave Happy Friday everyone. I decided to break out the Stirling Hipster for today's shave. Stirling describes the scent as amber, coffee, musk, leather, and wood are rounded out by citrus, floral, and vetiver notes. My nose is not sophisticated enough to pick out all those notes. I do pick up a clean green/floral scent rounded out with vetiver. The scent strength is strong enough to last through out the shave without being over powering. If you are looking for a scent that knocks you out, this is not the one for you. I would say that it is a very well rounded scent. Three passes and touch ups ended with a drama free BBS shave. This is the last shave with the Wolfman Ti for the time being. I need to decided what razor is up next. The Hipster splash is stronger scented. I still pick up the green/floral over a faint vetiver base. I got this set as part of the group buy supporting The Shave Cadre. It is a scent I would not have picked on my own, but I can now see it being added to the buy again list. I hope everyone has a fantastic Friday.
Non responsive bothers me. Simpson has been very responsive. They have actually emailed me with what little information they could get from Royal Mail and are apologetic for something they have no control over. Sent from my SM-T800 using Tapatalk

There you go again, flaunting all those beautiful vintage Gillettes you own! That IB Bamboo handle compliments the head nicely! Good morning, my friend!
