    It's funny...
I don't feel so much about forced isolation. My life hasn't changed that much.
However, despite this, the tendency to take it easy manifests itself in an overbearing way: I feel pleasure in taking it easy, more than the usual.

And that's why, although I woke up late, I indulged in choosing the gear sniffing soaps, evaluating brushes, etc. and I finished breakfast much later than usual and... I don't care.

I see, even, this sunny day as with other eyes.

I was satisfied with the sumptuous foam of the '89, the fantastic razor blade (out of production, of course) and the razor.
In my ignorance I find the head of the Mühle indistinguishable from that of the E. Jagger 89, but the thicker handle allows me a more comfortable grip.
And I find it beautiful, despite the fact that it's of current manufacture.

Now I'm going to stop for another cup of tea, which I'll drink to your fortune!

The Proraso Red Shave Soap face-lathered well with Jayaruh #340 brush. Two passes and touch ups with the Gem Jr. Bar Lather Catcher with a Vintage Gem Cutlery SE blade gave me a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse I finished off with Pinaud Lilac Vegetal AS. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

    Sunday morning:

    Neutrogena Men Facial Wash
    Razorock Plissoft 26mm Monster
    Super Speed/Derby day 2
    Stirling Frozen Tundra SS
    Gold Bond Moisturizer
    Alt Innsbruck AS Splash
    Givenchy Gentleman EdT

The king of slickness is Stirling all the way - does this Frozen Tundra ever make my face feel like a skating rink so the blade glides effortlessly. The scent of this soap is beautiful - it’s a blend of peppermint, wintergreen, and earthy notes, it gives AWESOME lather, and in terms of menthol power it’s right up there - this is the second coldest soap after the Glacials. The Gold Bond moisturizer works so well as a balm, and it’s very cooling. The Alt Innsbruck aftershave has such a gorgeous scent, (Too bad my wife ain’t a fan of it!) and it’s loaded with menthol also. Three passes did the job for me and left me as smooth as a glass table top!

Have a great Sunday, be well and safe![IMG]
