  1. i agree.from a similar fold myself..:D..a full english breakfast is a fine meal anytime of the day,one has it with a beer in the evening of course.or morning if yo choose,been there..sometimes i wear what falls out of the dresser,mattress' have tags?.and anyone who ever complained or objected got the standard brit answer.."pound sand"..;)..live life your way sir..:)..
  2. Beautiful photo and line up, Jason--I haven't really noticed it before, but the Barbasol FH is a very pretty razor. Lovely looking brush as well! :D

  3. Beautiful shave and fantastic report, Blair! The scales on that Drew Dick are incredible, sir. I finally have a reference to fougere. A month or so back, my sister bought Stirling's Varen bath soap. She gravitates toward more masculine scents, but this one was too masculine for her, so she gave it to me. I looked it up today to see what was in it, and discovered it is a fougere--I can easily see the attraction :D
  4. Beautifully displayed, Gary! But then again, you could simply toss that gear on a table and it would still look incredible--don't know what it is about the handle on your Gillette that I find so appealing, but it really is stunning :D

  5. thank you Tim..i like the tech razor fat handles.wish they were a touch heavier,but i can fix that..the gold plating does make them look a little more elegant..:)..this handle looks great on the older new open combs as well..
  6. Good afternoon gents! It's a beautiful day on Long Island and I got to see the Blue Angels fly over Stony Brook LI. which os approximately 6 miles west of me. It was a short glimpse because they flew behind trees. However, the rolling thunder was quite noticeable. It truly was an uplifting experience for me and my fellow New Yorkers. Oh, I almost forgot! It is a no shave day for me.
  7. Thanks for your suggestion Gary. I will look at picking up some samples.
  8. If it isn't broke, don't fix it! Remember the Coca-Cola debacle.
  9. Thank you Tim. I am just trying to find new places around the house to take photos.

  11. Pound sand :happy102:

    I love that phrase, but never think to use it till after it's way too late. Probably for the best--there are days when those might be the only two words I'd use ;)
  12. very cool.have a fine afternoon Joe..:)..
  13. It is surprising to me that something that looks so beefy could be so light.

  15. :happy097::happy097: Fantastic post Charlie.
  16. Awesome, Joe! My dad was a navigator in the Air Force, and we always saw the Blue Angels and the Thunderbirds whenever they were reasonably near. Always an inspiring event--glad you were able to catch a glimpse, sir! Stay safe :)
  17. Awesome shaves, pics, lineups and reports guys!
  18. yes sir,they are head heavy,which does allow the razor to naturally go to a decent shaving angle.hand just guides the razor..i just like a little more weight.the aluminum german tech i used yesterday was very light,i almost wanted to add more pressure.
  19. i can be diplomatic..this phrase rarely gets used anymore..there are better ways..;)..
