That's what I meant....that's where it came from: ooooooooIIII............HAD.......THE TIME OF MY LIIIFEEE
Thank you very much, Jeff--the whole process has really helped my shave game overall (which was pretty weak when I first got here in spite of the 7 or 8 years of traditional shaving I had under my belt)
My grandfather played the saxophone as a Marine in the Pacific Theater during WWII--I grew up listening to swing era music; it was a great time for music. As were the 50's & 60's. Heck, I'll even include the 70's--the funk and rock scene were blossoming, and I even enjoy disco in small doses. New wave, punk and ska in the 80's. Alt Rock, techno and rave in the 90's... Seems I enjoy every generation
I didn't care for those disco songs by the BG's with their falsetto voices. Give me their Oldies Medley any time.
Neither. Wasn;t much of a drinker. I'd like to make a correction-I DO like Night Fever but that's the only disco song I like. BG's did good with that, even if I did struggle with the words.
My folks had a Bee Gees album before they went disco--strange thing is... I can't remember a single song. Did they do a version of Proud Mary? That seems to stand out in my mind, but in all fairness, my mind likes to make things up on me at times
First time I saw that flick, I kept thinking Baby's father was calling her "baby"...as in being romatic. I said to myself..."What's her father doing to her???"
Arko Adjustable April April 30 Razor - 1960 (F4) Gillette Toggle (9) Blade - (3) Soap - Arko Brush - 30 Day Meet-Up LE by @jtspartan Post - Alum All righty then. Let's finish out April, shall we? One last shave with the Toggle and Rapira PL. Arko meets the 30 Day Meet-Up with the synthetic SynBad bulb. No match at all. That brush turned Arko into mush in its bristles. Three passes and I'm smooth as silk for the night. Great way to finish out the month. Thanks for another fantastic one guys!! It has been a lot of fun and is always great to get back to the basics with Arko and play with the adjustables. May is up next and I'll have it opened up within the next half hour. Thanks for your patience and have a great night and a fantastic May Day tomorrow!
Only group I ever heard that from was Credence CR. Download songs like "Massachusetts", " How Do You Mend a Broken Heart", NY 1941 Mining Disaster, I Started A Joke". That could refresh your memory.
There are few things that I truly take pride in, but never having seen Dirty Dancing or Titanic are two of them... the road less traveled
I really like my Genesis. It’s perfect for thoughtless near perfect shave. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Toggle for the win, sir! Thanks for keeping the house in order here at the 30DC, Neal--looking forward to your reading your thoughts for May
