  9. Thank you Joe. The weather is nice so I am planning to take a motorcycle ride through the N GA mountains.
  10. Well that's impossible because you can't reach absolute zero which is zero Kelvin, let alone go below it. I believe you meant -273 C which is the Celsius equivalent of absolute zero.

    2020 Shavette Focus Shave # 32

Two easy passes, and I'm a...

Oh yes, I've been doing some research. Apparently, the Parker SRX shavette derived its name from a military aircraft. At first, the Parker Shaving engineers didn't think their idea would fly, but it has turned out to be quite the hairplane.

Well, that about sums it up! I'm glad to see that MAYhem is off and running, and I hope your Friday is living up to expectations.

  16. @NCoxSTL here's one of my earliest fond memories of the 30 Day Crew. It takes me back to the days when it wasn't a big deal to go a year between haircuts. @clint64 is actually not that much smaller than everyone else. He just did a double douse of Clubman, and everyone insisted on social distancing.

  17. Just what we needed on a Friday, Charlie! A great sounding shave as well.
I packed it in at lunch...my get up and go has got up and left.

  18. Simplify--it's what I do :happy102:

In January I turned all my shave soap samples into shower soaps and polished them off. February was my "get rid of all but 3 razors" month.

Granted, TSD generosity has caused me to alter the den plan some. "3 Razors" has turned into 3 DE's and 3 blade forward, and Andrew's 2 brushes turned my den into something I never thought it would be--a 3 brush den (2 brush now--I gave the Stirling Kong to my sister after converting her to wet shaving (we're both working on her husband now)).

That said, all this stay at home stuff has weakened me a bit--I... I purchased a Strong Leopard shavette that will arrive a month from now. For $11 it seemed irresponsible not to try it out. Crud! as a courtesy I probably should have cleared that with my wife/accountant first... gotta go have a quick chat before she discovers it on her own :scared011:
  19. Well, you have another brush coming...
  20. Hmmmm... perhaps I misspoke :happy102:
