  4. Well, backslapping from the crew here maybe, but more like a full frontal face slap from SWMBO if she sees the 'razor' come in the mail...

  5. Thank you Tim. That is a cool story. It is nice to see watch them grow up.

Thank you Jeff. It is going pretty well so far.

  6. It absolutely does, Evan. Just amazing what you are doing, especially with a home built CNC machine. To get true Shavey Points, though, you need to shave with it this month...

  7. May 6th
    MAYhem

    Razor: Valet AutoStrop
    Blade: Feather FHS (6)
    Brush: DSCosmetic Galaxy 26mm Silvertip
    PS: Proraso Red
    SS: Chiseled Face Bay Rum
    AS: Spanish Aqua Velva

Shave number 6 on this FHS. I can tell the blade is not new but its still performing well enough. Just did a 2 pass WTG and ATG pass with a lot of blade buffing ATG. It would have been more comfortable with a XTG pass in between but I did end up with a DFS shave.

While I hope stopping in the Autostrop works I am doubtful I will get a full month of shaving out of this blade.

  8. Another great outdoor pic, Gary. The brush and mug look like they were made for each other. Good morning, sir.

  10. Great kit! Welcome to TSD, Wizamets are great blades, but I am unable to go more than two shaves with any DE blade. Are you palm stropping?

  12. Stunning photo, Jason! I love that line up: always impressed by the Monobilt, and that you have the original Baker Street is awesome :D

  13. Great photo as always, Jim. There isn't a much more iconic visual in shaving than those ceramic Fat tubs. Awesome. That brush is so shiny we're getting the mirror image.
  14. Thanks, Tim!

Yes it's a glass bottle with the original contents and not the neon green stuff of today. The bottle has a barcode so I'm guessing late seventies or eighties.
Beautiful picture and great report, Blair!
